By using Umverso you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The Portuguese version prevails in case of conflict.

1. Who we are

Umverso is run by Edilando Saturnino. Contact: suporte@umverso.com.br.

2. What Umverso is

A spiritual encouragement app with Bible verses in widgets, a feed and reminders. It does not replace pastoral care or medical, psychological or legal help. If you are struggling, please reach out: in the United States, call or text 988; in Brazil, CVV at 188.

3. Bible content, prayers and affirmations

Bible texts come from public domain or freely licensed translations and are never altered: World English Bible (WEB) in English and Bíblia Livre (BLIVRE) and Tradução Brasileira (TB) in Portuguese. Prayers and affirmations are original Umverso texts.

4. Free plan and Premium

The free plan costs nothing and never expires. Premium is an annual or monthly subscription billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), with the price and period shown before purchase.

• Free trial: when offered, the 3-day trial becomes a paid subscription at the end of the period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. We remind you one day before.
• Auto-renewal: payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Canceling: in your store's subscription settings (iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions; Android: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions). Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: are requested from Apple or Google and follow each store's rules.
• Restoring purchases: on another device, use Restore purchases with the same store account.

5. Acceptable use

The app is for personal use. You may not resell its content or themes, reverse engineer it, or use it for illegal purposes.

6. Your content

Texts you write in My verses and photos you use as themes stay on your device and are the responsibility of whoever created them.

7. Intellectual property

The brand, design, themes and original texts belong to Umverso. Images created with the app may be shared for personal use and on social media. Bible translations belong to their owners and are used under their licenses.

8. Liability

We work to keep the app running well, but widgets and reminders depend on your device's system and may be delayed or not appear on some models. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

9. Privacy

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change and, for important changes, we will let you know in the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
