How to delete your account

Effective September 27, 2026

You can delete your Umverso account at any time, in the app or by email.

1. In the app

Open Umverso and tap Settings > Account > Delete account.

Deleting your account erases the account and the copy of your data synced to our server within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To cancel, use your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (see Support).

If you prefer, or if you cannot open the app, email privacidade@umverso.com.br asking us to delete your account.
